PPF has achieved what was once thought impossible: a true 1:1 replication of the legendary Caliber 240. Unlike cheaper versions that use decorative plates over bulky movements, this movement features a genuine off-center 22k gold-plated micro-rotor integrated into the base plate, allowing for the genuine ultra-thin profile.

⚠️ Professional Usage Advice: Power Reserve
To maintain the longevity of this complex movement, please follow this golden rule:
Do NOT manually over-wind the watch. When the Power Reserve hand points to “48” (Full), stop winding immediately. Forcing the crown beyond this point can cause the indicator mechanism to jam. We recommend winding only 15-20 turns to start, and letting the automatic micro-rotor do the rest.

A: Out of the box, it is sealed for basic daily use (splash/rain proof). However, due to the complex pushers on the side of the case, we strongly recommend a professional pressure test before swimming.
Q: How does the Clone 240 movement compare to the Genuine?
A: It features a similar power reserve and correct setting direction. The micro-rotor is functional and winds the watch, mimicking the genuine architecture to achieve the stunning 8.8mm thinness.
Q: What is the biggest difference compared to Gen?
A: Under macro lens, the finishing on the bridge bevels is industrial compared to Patek’s hand-finishing, but on the wrist, the case profile and dial layout are virtually indistinguishable to the naked eye.
